SALES TERMS
Rules for the Premium subscription.
These terms govern subscriptions to Runaway Premium and complement the terms of use.
In force since 21 July 2026

- Seller: [to complete: operator legal name], sole proprietor.
- Address: [to complete: business address].

Scope
These terms apply to every Premium subscription, whether taken by a consumer or by a business. They are accepted when the order is confirmed and prevail over any other document. The applicable version is the one in force on the order date.
Essential characteristics of the offer
Premium gives access, for the term subscribed, to the features presented in the app as reserved to that plan. It is a digital service delivered online, with no physical medium, accessible from a recent browser and an internet connection.
The exact scope, term and price are those displayed on the order page before payment is confirmed. The free plan remains available without any subscription.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on the order page, in the currency displayed there. The total amount payable is shown before the order is finally confirmed.
[To be finalized by counsel: applicable GST/HST/QST treatment by province, and whether tax is collected at checkout.]
Order and payment
An order follows these steps: selecting the plan in the app, redirection to the secure payment page operated by Stripe, entering card details, review and payment confirmation. Confirmed payment forms the contract.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own terms; they do not pass through Runaway’s servers and are never stored there. A confirmation is sent to the email address associated with the account.
If payment is declined or fails, access to Premium features may be suspended after an email notice, without affecting access to the free plan or your saved plans.
Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for the period displayed at checkout and renews automatically for identical periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal available in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
[To be finalized by counsel: provincial auto-renewal disclosure requirements, in particular Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act rules on negative-option billing.]
Cancellation and refunds
[To be finalized by counsel: applicable provincial cancellation/cooling-off right for digital subscriptions, if any (varies by province; Quebec has specific distance-contract rules).]
Invoices
An invoice is issued for each billing period and remains available from the billing portal in your account. Accounting records are kept for ten years under article L123-22 of the French commercial code.
Legal guarantees
[To be finalized by counsel: applicable provincial consumer-protection and sale-of-goods warranty framework to replace the French legal-guarantee references.]
Support and complaints
For any question or complaint about an order, write to [to complete: support email]. A reply is provided as soon as possible and in any event within a reasonable time.
Disputes
[To be finalized by counsel: Canadian/provincial dispute-resolution clause; the French consumer mediator and EU ODR platform do not apply here.]
